I ordered four stuffed croissants and one plain bagel, but the croissants were cold on the inside and had a soggy bottom. The bagel wasn't toasted either. I called the store to explain the situation, and the person I spoke with told me to come back so they could toast everything, but then he hung up on me. I called back and let him know I was already on the expressway on my way to work, but he repeated the same thing and hung up again! The customer service was extremely poor; the food should have been prepared correctly the first time. I won't be returning to this store! Perhaps that's why it's not very busy during rush hour, as there's often a line of cars at other stores on Army Trail head...
It felt chaotic, but it shouldn't have been. As an update, I had to stop by again four years later, and this location is still problematic. They seemed unaware of their new coffee options, and the hazelnut Heath Rob I ordered was mostly just milk with some creamer. Plus, the portion was quite small.
I made several attempts to enjoy this restaurant, but I never received a sandwich that was even warm. It's incredibly disappointing, especially since it's so conveniently located. However, I would recommend taking the drive to the location on North Ave instead.
This place does not accept coupons and they just don’t admit it. I use same coupons in other locations without any issues. They always act like they don’t know what’s going on. Also there is this rude guy not sure what his name

I can’t understand the people that work here. Plus they always give the incorrect ice cream. Last time they gave ice cream that tasted freezer burned. : I was so looking forward to having some. This is NOT Jamocha Almond fudge
I walked in couple minutes before closing but the staff was welcoming and offered a complimentary coffee. Such an amazing gesture. Never received such an amazing service at Dunkin’ Donuts
My only complain is with the cup holders. Could you please invest in better cup holders. I've had several incidents as I'm arriving home and one of the coffee cups tips over.
DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HEREAfter using my card in the drive through I received fraudulent charges bc someone was trying to transfer themselves money internationally.
