I've tried and tried at this location. I work 2 jobs and one is by here. Sadly can't go to this dunkin, the workers are just disrespectful and get every other order wrong. I'm ALWAYS late on break even with a pre-order and often it's wrong. I do customer service and the fact that even with GM/RM intervention nothing changes. In fact it's gotten worse. After complaining on the app, the ppl they're worse. After a week of not going, yesterday the girl in drive thru almost threw my drink at me when I finally went back. got to work in the morning and realized they put sugar in my xl coffee that was suppose to only have cream. no big deal, told them the next morning during my usual 3 breakfast sandwich and coffee order and they would not cover the error from the day before. never coming here again. hope the 50 cents it costs you for coffee was worth losing a couple hundred a month.
