Multiple times this week I have left work and went to this dunks between 1230 and 2 am and this woman who works there refuses to make any food says there is no food until 5 am however it only happens when she works extremely rude and never in the years of coming here have I had this issue really sad when your a 24 hour location and only person feels they can’t make food and I just want to eat after working a long day will not be returning until this is resolved
Why doesn’t Dunkin' train its employees on how to process returns? I ordered online, but when I arrived, they didn’t have the item I requested and had no idea how to refund my money. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they told me to take my receipt across the street to get my items. Then, when I got home after ordering a large hot chocolate, I found that I had only received a medium. Where's the rest of my hot chocolate?
1 of the worst Dunkin's in mass I've been to some pretty good ones with good professional and hard-working staff horrible one's which should be shut down..corporate office must go in there on the down low to see for themselves the way this franchise those close to it is running...it should be a protest against this franchise ownership.
The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Regarding parking, there is a lot available. The atmosphere is welcoming for families, making it a kid-friendly place. It's really difficult to determine if you're open. Every time I drive up and notice the lights are off, I end up thinking Dunkin' is closed. This has happened four times this month! Parking: Good
Window slammed in my face after trying to explain what coffee I wanted. Person and other stafd would not give the attendents name. Very rude. Would never visit this location again.
Very inconsistent. Im tired of paying 6 bucks for an espresso drink thats watered down. Please fill the beans in your machines.
