Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I’ve Always Enjoyed Dunkin, however this location really needs better management. I came in before 7pm on a Saturday Night and ordered 3 Lattes and was denied service since the crew already started cleaning the machine. I understand if it were closer to closing time but stuff like this keeps pushing me away from Dunkin’.

The service at this restaurant was mediocre, with staff appearing lazy and uninterested in customers. The cleanliness was lacking, making us feel unwelcome. We waited five minutes to be served in an empty restaurant. Overall, they have a lot of improvements to make in order to recover from their poor service.

This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst I have ever been to, with incompetent management and customer service. If I could, I would give this location negative stars. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
