Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I stopped in here in between football games, the kid who took my order wasn’t even listening to my order. He charged me for the wrong product, I corrected if him after I paid, realizing he over charged and rang up the wrong product. My order was a medium pumpkin iced coffee which tasted like water! I will never return to this Dunkin. Terrible customer service!

1. Their hours are limited 2. Their prices are more than any other DD 3. they take forever to prepare orders 4. Understaffed 5. Manager is very rude to staff and customers I only go here becuase there's nothing else on my way to work

Typical dunkin, was just upset cause dining room was closed at 6, and sign says open till 7. So had to go back to car and go through drive thru. Just found out weird it was closed inside at 6.11pm. Got my order, everything was good.

I just ordered coffee changed my mind and ordered flavored shots and a worker in back, nina or mina had a meltdown yelling she can 't do that, I will go tell her myself. I 'm not changing. Rude.
