I had no idea what flavors to choose from, so I asked for six different kinds, but they didn't have any of them. The staff member mentioned they had a certain flavor, but when I got to the window, I was told that someone had marked the slots incorrectly, and they actually didn’t have what I ordered. After we expressed our frustration and asked what flavors they did have, she listed off basic options like chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor customer service; she was laughing and appeared to be quite clueless about the menu.
update faster service! they were from regular sweetened hazelnut aromatized coffee, but nothing a little sugar will not repair. really great coffee! the big job guys! we sat in the car thru for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for 2 regular coffees. I just have a shortage of workers. I have a hazelnut coffee that has only the right fun! it was worth the wait! and the cash was super sweet. She got it like she was a champ! I couldn't have been able to handle that I'd take my hair out.
I always seem to miss out on my favorite donut, the chocolate frosted, when I visit this restaurant. They were really busy and the line was long, but that was to be expected. However, the frozen mocha drink I ordered was only partially frozen, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it wasn't the best experience but it also wasn't the worst. I will definitely come back to try and get my hands on those chocolate frosted donuts next time!
Made wrong drinks then brought them back to get them made correctly and staff acted like I was inconvenieancing them no apology all I got was a here you go ill just keep driving 10 mins out of my way to a different one that actually apologized when they mess up and i get it sometimes that happens no big deal they are busy but at least say (sorry when you mess

Went this morning for some food and coffee. My boyfriends black coffee was cold and our donuts where put in the bag frosting side down. Not the worst experience but also not that great...
We got a huge order of coffee and donuts last minute Saturday morning and the staff was super accommodating and friendly! They even brought everything out to my car.

My breakfast sandwich tasted good, but I wanted it on a plain bagel which they were out of and quite often they are out.
