I went to this restaurant at 8:12 PM, even though their online and door hours both stated that they were open until 9:00 PM. However, I found the door locked and employees mopping inside. The only sign on the door was a very unwelcoming "restrooms for customers only" sign. The entire lobby was closed almost an hour before the posted closing time. This isn't the first negative experience I've had with this Dunkin' location, and it will definitely be my last visit. This experience was not even worth giving them one star for this review.
I have such a bad experience at this Dunkin. 98% of the time I get a bagel it's rock hard even when I ask for no toast and that's if they chose not to toast it bc they do whatever they want. The hashbrowns will either be burnt, cold or stale. The icing on the cake is handing me an empty bag. You ask y do I keep going back bc it's on the way but bc of my last experience receiving a bagel sandwich that was hard enough to chip a tooth I will no longer go back.
I have received the wrong drink twice from this restaurant. The first time, I ordered 4 mocha coffees, but they were all made incorrectly and I had to throw them away. Today, when I ordered a mocha coffee again, I received a completely different drink. I'm not sure what's going wrong, but I hope the management looks into this issue.
I live close so this location is convenient, but the people taking the drive thru orders either cut you off when ordering or don’t speak up. Ask them if they could speak up and no change. Coffee is bland and food is sub par at best. I’ll be driving further down route 40 now instead of ever going back to this location.

Poor service the coffee taste bland and they didn't add any sugar too it muffins was stale and tasted old plus when they handed drinks over the cups was sticky and had coffee all over them made food in such a rush and it was only three cars at drive though and only me inside.
The place is quiet and clean. The espresso drinks aren't as good as nearby locations. I think they pour a lot less espresso than other places, even when i payed for extra shots. All i could taste was milk.
This location has some problem opening the store they never open on time this is my 3 rd time I see the store closing at 5:30. Is this store closed?
Would come in everyday for a month straight after work and sit and enjoy a sweet tea and a glazed donut in the cool air! Love it!

The workers here are so kind and efficient. One of the best dunkins in the area.
This restaurant is always a great choice for coffee.
