Used the mobile app and did pick up through the drive thru. Was asked to park and they would bring my food to me. They brought it out but it was the wrong order. Went in to let them know and had to wait another 5/10 minutes. They didn't follow the mobile order instructions and I didn't have time to correct it since I only had a 30 minute lunch and needed to get back to work. The inside dinning area while I waited was cold and there where others also inside waiting for their orders to be fixed.
I have eaten in a couple times but you have to like to eat taco shells because they definitely do not put much meat on any of their sandwiches or products I think it's a really ridiculous how little bit of meat they do put and why why anyone would get them I have no idea . But people seem to like it because there is always a line for the drive-thru and often times it is a long line but they're pretty good they are right fast and they're very friendly.
Consistently delicious and somewhat nutritious, this restaurant never disappoints. I appreciate how the food remains fresh and reheats nicely. The prices are quite reasonable, too. The potatoes, combined with the refried beans, create a satisfying meatless meal. Even the $1 cheese rolls are perfect for a quick bite. And those Cinnabons are simply irresistible; their small size means they’re just the right amount of sweetness without overindulging.
I am not a taco bell fan cos of my previous experience at one of the stores in baltimore national pike. But I had a very good experience at this particular store by Ms Mayra S. She's one of the best ,The First impression greet and meet with a great smile ,Courteous and very helpful to get the right choice to a kosher customer. and the rest of the staff at this location are very hospitable too. I placed an order through the Taco Bell app 40 minutes before I arrived to pick it up. When I got to the drive-thru, a girl who was laughing informed me that my order wasn't ready and advised me to come back in 10 minutes because the chicken wasn't prepared yet. I decided to cancel the entire order, but instead, they charged me for the full amount, and now I'm struggling to get a refund.
I didn’t check my order at the store at the time of pick up. One item was missing and that was realized after reaching home. I called the location and no one answered. I couldn’t go back to store as we live 10 miles away and wasn’t worth driving to the store and back home for one item. I went to Taco Bell website and reached out to customer service and they never responded.
1. They still charge you for extras even if they have dont have them and thy know you wont recieve it 2. They have no idea what goes on their menu items..thy throw whtever on it 3. If you buy using the kiosk and later find the item is out..you will have to go through customer service for your refund
I did not receive what I ordered, so please double-check your orders. I ordered a Dorito Cheesy without meat, and when I got home, my daughter was about to eat it and noticed that there was meat inside. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food is ready for you even if you're out late. The staff got my order almost perfectly—99% right! That's significantly better than my experiences at other Taco Bells!
