I have been reluctantly going to this restaurant for years because it used to be the only quick breakfast and coffee option on the way to my kids' school. However, I am extremely disappointed by the recent changes. The line is now blocking traffic on Main Street, the employees are rude and incompetent, the lobby is always closed, and my orders are consistently wrong and missing items. I have been ordering the same thing for two years, but my orders are frequently incorrect. Worst Dunkin ever. Literally a block away and I'll DRIVE to a different location before I go back to this one. Ordered food on 3 separate ocassions and it was cold/frozen(sausage). The drinks are never correct either.
