If you’re planning to order a bagel with cream cheese here, be prepared for it to come almost plain because they are incredibly stingy with the amount of cream cheese they spread. Every time I order a bagel, I ask for extra cream cheese, but they give me even less than what comes on a regular bagel. Even when I order a bagel with the normal amount, they put so little cream cheese that I end up seeing mostly bread instead of the white cream cheese. I never asked for a plain bagel with just a tiny bit of cream cheese—this happens every single time. They really need to stop being so stingy with the cream cheese.
If they want to trade a bagel for cream cheese here, they need to practice a bit more. Every time I come for a bagel, I request extra cream cheese, but I end up getting less than what you would find on a regular bagel with cream cheese. Even when I order a bagel with the standard amount, it still feels like they give me so little. There’s no reason for me to open my bagel and see bread instead of a generous spread of cream cheese. I didn't order a simple bagel with just a tiny dab of cream cheese. This happens every single time. They really need to be less stingy with the cream cheese!
Dunkin' has made great improvements to their staff since I first returned to the area. Previously, I often experienced problems with how my drink was prepared and issues with the food cooking. Now, the quality of everything on their menu has noticeably increased. I'm happy to be a Dunkin' customer.
I asked for a hot chocolate, they gave me brown hot water. Didn’t even taste like chocolate and it was totally disgusting, 0 effort. If you want hot chocolate do not buy it from this place you’ll be disappointed, never again. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with these people.

It is so bad I want to give it a 0 but that’s not possible so I will give it a 1… honestly is a hit or miss with this location seems like they always give me the leftover ice of the machine when I order ICED coffee. Also they have one person running around while others just gossip
I am quite worried about the well-being of the staff, so I'm starting a GoFundMe to help raise some money for them. By the way, this was supposed to be a cream cheese bagel.
