Broken freezer melted ice cream that refroze no problem we'll just sell it to some unsuspecting customer... My wife and I came in to get an ice cream cake and 2 quarts of ice cream. When we arrived we saw the display freezer was empty and someone repairing it. The older manager there said they still had cakes and ice cream and they brought them out from the back. When we got the ice cream home it tasted freezer burned and the color seemed very light on the mint chocolate chip as we got deeper in the cartons you could clearly see it had fully thawed and refroze the color and sugar and gunk was all at the bottom. This service/food was absolute trash. I am leaving here with my stomach gargling, which should never happen. I received frozen food and attitude from teenage girls with braces that are yet to come off. This is why youngins shouldn't work in a indian owned business. know where you stand pls. that is behind the counter. customers are always correct so please don't tell me that my food isn't frozen/has bacon on it when i told you it doesnt. it is early in the morning and I DONT PLAY BOUT MINE!
It's a Dunkin', so how much more can you expect? The coffee tastes the same as always. My only complaint is the ordering process, which felt a bit awkward. I was dealing with a small touchscreen and an older person sitting just a few feet away. My poor hearing, combined with the touchscreen's interface and her accent, resulted in my coffee arriving without any creamer. But hey, at least the cup was full—just no room for creamer now! At least they filled it up.
I usually go on Monday evenings with my friends to get ice cream, and every Monday we are welcomed by Hannah! If you're looking to brighten your day, definitely stop by and see her. She is always so patient with us, has a big smile on her face, and radiates happiness all the time. The shop is always clean and well-maintained! We’re not sure what we’ll do when Hannah leaves for college, but for now, we’ll keep our Monday tradition going strong.

when i usually come here i get great service but that was not the outcome today. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it came with no cheese so i politely asked this girl to add it to my order. She put a single piece of cheese on it and did not warm it up my friends also got frozen food. i'm very upset by this and will not be returning.
They didn't have anything I wanted to order they didn't have the blueberry donut or the drink I wanted or a stuffed croissant how can you be out of stock of so much get it together make more food I love dunkin but I wouldn't recommend this location I will be going to a different dunkin from now on
One of the best Dunkins in Maryland! The nicest people work here and it is the best at consistently making my coffee the way I love it. If you're deciding where to get coffee around forest hill, definitely choose this Dunkin instead of starbucks :
STEALING!!!! Why is an employee here asking me to pay at least double my bill to cover someone who didn't have enough money earlier in the day??? How many people is he doing this to and how many are falling for it?
