I arrived 40 minutes before closing and it was clear that the staff wanted to wrap up their day without any interruptions. While I understand the desire to close up shop, there's no need for the entire team to be rude throughout the day. If someone is unhappy with their job, they should consider a different one. It's disheartening to see genuinely kind customers treated with such disrespect by employees, and it reflects poorly on the establishment.

The staff used to be friendly, but now they seem indifferent. They refused to provide me with any cream packets or a dressing container for my coffee. It seems like they either didn't place the coffee filter correctly or intentionally put grounds in my cup. I feel like I lost about $1.25 worth of what I paid for. I would like a refund of $4.

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant to speak with the manager about an issue I encountered. The man at the register was unacceptable in his behavior. The previous times I was here, I had a positive experience with the staff, especially the ladies who were always pleasant and accommodating.

The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently ensures that any mess is promptly cleaned up. The bathrooms are also well-maintained. I'm really impressed by how tidy everything is. Thank you all!
