At one point, I thought about leaving, but the staff member turned to me and apologized, explaining that it wasn't my fault. She took my order and payment, then stepped away. I only ordered a sandwich, hash browns, and an iced coffee. Meanwhile, I and four other customers inside watched as the drive-thru continued to be served for nearly 15 minutes without anyone checking on our orders. One man had been waiting when I walked in, which encouraged me to speak up. Eventually, all our orders were acknowledged. Hello !I stopped by Dunkin’ this morning because I actually had time today. This dunkin drive through is always packed so it’s best to come early!! I ordered over the intercom but still had to retell my order at the window because they were confused about it somehow. I thought this would go by fast since Dunkin’ usually gets you in and out. I didn’t like how I had to retell my order because the goal is to stop by get food and continue to head on with my day. I informed the guy at the window I ordered at the intercom and he responded with the lady was confused BUTT I’m confused on why she didn’t inform me to retell my order. Also the sweet ice tea wasn’t sweet. I’m sure they don’t have an act...

I went to get a iced latte and after I paid the lady handed me a cup of milk. I grabbed a cup and looked at it and noticed it was all milk with no espresso. I politely told the lady that it appears they missed the espresso. She told me that’s how it is and if I want espresso it’s an extra two dollars. I told her I just wanted a regular iced latte and she refused to provide what I order and paid for, instead I got a cup of milk with ice. I took the loss and just left oh well that’s on me to never return to this Dunkin’ again. No attempt to correct her error and refund was out the picture. Beware of this place. The sad part it was likely the owner I was dealing with.

I went in to this Dunkin’ Donuts just a moment ago and I wanted to use the restroom. I think because the ladies English was so bad she seemed like she was very irritated at the fact that I was asking about the restroom. And there was a problem I guess the men’s room was down it didn’t work. But she just seem to have a very nasty attitude towards me. And I was going to purchase some breakfast there but after that I just use the restroom and walked out! Now in the past this has been a pretty good Dunkin doughnuts. But if they let that lady do the talking I don’t think I want to go there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . Reserva una mesa ahora

The lady that works there made Maria me a salted caramel cappuccino blast Shes the best they made it 4 days in a row than the manager Tom told me I wasn't allowed to order that drink anymore that was in the drive thru I know they have timers..which is probaly.. I went a few days later inside talked it out with the manager and I will come inside now and get the amazing drink it was a pleasure watching these guys work as a team to push out these orders!!! Amazing team work if I could i would thanks tom and Maria and the whole crew. Crews like you is why AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN!!!

I chose to order online to save some time, but when I got there, my order wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting around for about 10 minutes. Eventually, a staff member came over to see if I needed help. I informed them that I was waiting for my online order. After checking my phone, I discovered that the order hadn’t gone through, so I submitted it again. After another long wait, I finally got my order. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this coffee shop. I would suggest looking for another place to satisfy your caffeine cravings.

I'm not sure what's going on lately. The bacon is burnt, and the avocado toast tastes stale. My coffee order is consistently incorrect, and the staff at the drive-thru are often not very helpful. I've noticed the portion sizes are getting smaller too. I've started going back to my reliable Panera, but I really wish Dunkin could get it together. On the bright side, the drive-thru is quick, and I enjoy going inside occasionally. They still have the best prices for coffee in the area.

I recommend heading to the Starbucks a few blocks away or taking a short drive to the Dunkin' on 183rd. It's worth the trip! Reserva una mesa ahora
