The DD in Southbury, CT is fantastic. Every employee goes above and beyond in their duties. The store is kept as clean as possible, and it's clear that they tidy up and organize their merchandise after busy times. Some of the newer employees even remember my name, while the staff I know always greet me personally. As a divorced woman, I make it a point to say hello to everyone, whether they respond or not. We never know what struggles someone might be facing each day. A smile, a kind word, or even someone buying a cup of coffee or tea can make a big difference. This Dunkin' Donuts location in Middlebury is just as great as the one on Meriden Road in Wolcott, offering 5-star quality in food, service, and atmosphere. There's plenty of parking available and the service is quick and friendly! I didn’t notice any wannabe "Colt Seaver" types hanging around either, which adds to the peaceful vibe of this lovely part of town. I did find the ambiance amusing; they play music in the restrooms. I couldn’t help but think that if someone were having a hard time during their visit, listening to a mellow and sad Whitney Houston song might just add to the stress of their situation. Haha! Just a random thought—sorry!
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts by far. They are always messing up my orders. Whenever I see this particular worker working I know that my order will be terrible. She made my order wrong again yesterday and when asked to remake it, she started making excuses. I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts so often, but half the time I am really disappointed. Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts in my town. Really hope that the management is seeing this and will try to improve themselves.
I recently visited a charming Dunkin' Donuts that features a cozy fireplace and a lovely skylight overhead. I ordered takeout for brunch, and my experience was delightful. The prices were very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!

That said, I’m giving them 4 stars because a young female employee went out of her way to help me by giving me 25 cents for gas, which I thought was really sweet. This gesture showed that there are good people here, and it left me feeling hopeful about the place overall!
Anyone rating this one star is just mad cause there’s no drive thru, but the folks who work here are always overly busy as a result and do very well to hold things down. Only reason for no fifth star is cause of the building, not the people or Dunkin itself
I tried the sugar cookie donut, and it was incredibly sweet—almost unbelievable! My mom couldn't handle it and spat it out after taking a bite. The vanilla chair wasn’t bad, though, and the staff were all very friendly.
