Quite literally the most rude, disrespectful, insulting staff. Waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks and started quietly complaining before a customer who has only been waiting 10 minutes starts yelling at us that there’s only 3 workers on. Let’s be honest, patients only get you so far, especially 30 minutes for drinks. The worker chimes in and starts yelling at us that they will make us wait longer, that she SPIT IN OUR DRINKS, and that she was going to fight us. Let’s also include that fact she was cussing at us and no communication was said before all this went down like “sorry for the wait” or “it will be a few minutes.” So unless you are willing to wait this long, don’t go here or you will be...
Lately, I'm obsessed with their Maple Bacon croissant. At local locations, it comes out messy and rushed. Here, is where the Dunkin Gods must reside! The lines for drive-thru and walk-ins were ridiculously long, but they managed to move things along at a reasonable pace. When I finally got my order, the croissant was grilled just enough that certain sections were burnt just right, the bacon was perfectly maply and eggs were soft. I don't know how else to explain it, but this it the best made Maple Bacon Croissant I have ate yet! Even with all the crazy lines, they managed to put in the work, easily 5 stars!
This has to be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts locations I have ever been to. Tried ordering food at the drive thru, one person was slow and kept repeating the same item, another person came on and was quick and EXTREMELY RUDE. They yelled at my husband for asking for something they ran out of. We left without getting the order, I will starve before I give this location my business. Service: Take out
The staff here doesn't pay attention, and they can be quite rude. They often mess up orders and don't open on time. This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever encountered. When you raise a complaint with corporate, and the local management reaches out, their response is simply, "What do you want me to do about it?" I've had multiple disappointing experiences here—it's truly awful!

I've never experienced a coffee shop or restaurant where the manager yells at a customer for pointing out a wrong order. While he was shouting at me, he was also yelling at another customer trying to use the kiosk. On the bright side, the food and drinks are good, and the ambiance is pleasant.
The manager charged my daughter for donuts she didn't order. When she inquired about the charge, the staff laughed at her and questioned what her issue was. When my daughter asked them to be more polite, the manager responded with "F off." Quite an unprofessional establishment.
