If someone makes a mobile order put all the items together. If its a mobile order someone is going to pick it up so leave them in the mobile order section with the other orders on the little rack or better yet seperate the two if youre confused on whats what. If youre worried about someone taking the order just ask for the reciept or be there at the counter making sure its not that hard to stay at the front and be attentive. I always order my morning coffee and I have a very simple straightforward caramel latte . How hard is it? So I used to order my latte with coffe milk and I LOVED IT. So, I make the same order every single morning. One day suddenly they went out of coffee milk and they haven 't gotten the stock in the whole freaking 2 weeks? I ordered a hot drink but instead received an iced latte, and they refused to exchange it for the correct one. I can’t understand how they expect anyone to drink an iced latte in 50-degree weather. I've been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years, yet this is the only location that consistently messes up my orders. Often, I spend about 10 minutes arguing with the staff just to get my order corrected. It feels like they take it personally, as if I'm attacking them and their families, when all I want is the drink I actually ordered. There seems to be a lot of attitude and incompetence in this small store.
During my recent visit, I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon, but instead, I got an untoasted bagel with bacon and only a tiny bit of cream cheese on one side. I've noticed that men seem to be treated with respect here, but the service I receive feels dismissive. If this is how women are treated, maybe customer service isn't the right fit for this staff. Every time I’m in line, it feels like they’re irritated to see me.

I placed a mobile order for one donut. When I arrived at the store, I waited for 10 minutes. When I asked about my order, they claimed they had already given me the donut. The store wasn’t even busy.
The staff are unhelpful and frequently mess up my orders. I always request a specific flavored coffee when I order through the mobile app, but I keep receiving plain coffee instead.
I ordered a bagel, but it turned out to be stale and far from fresh. It really put a damper on my day! I won't be coming back to this disappointing restaurant.
