Wow! My money is no good here! I’ve been stopping at this location 5 7 days per week for several years solely out of convenience because of the app, parking, and because I pass it almost every day. I normally use the Dunkin app, but I didn’t have my phone with me so I attempted to pay cash one morning in late March 2023. My smallest bill was a $50 bill (it was actually my only bill). When I tried to provide the $50 bill to the woman at the register, she looked at it like it was Monopoly money and, without touching it or inspecting it, said “we don’t take that here” while there was a line forming behind me. I visited this restaurant two days ago and was the only customer there. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew, a doughnut, and some bagel bites. The employee handed me a bag that only contained the doughnut, with no bagel bites. When I inquired if that was all I had ordered, he ignored my question. As I left, he still didn’t mention that he hadn’t packed the bagel bites. I ended up losing $3. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to poor service.
Terrible service for my step daughter!! 2 weeks in a row!!! Last week, she paid for whipped cream on her drink, and didn't get it!!! When she told them they forgot it, the clerk REFUSED TO REMAKE IT OR REFUND HER MONEY!!!! And, this time, she ordered a medium drink, paid for a medium drink, received a small and THEY REFUSED TO REMAKE IT OR REFUND HER MONEY!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND TOTALLY AGAINST CORPORATE POLICY!!!
I had the most disappointing experience at a Dunkin’ location. I placed a $170 order for Polar Plunge and asked for extra creamer. Instead of help, I was met with attitude and was flat-out refused. Thankfully, the manager intervened and gave me the extra creamer, but I won’t be using this location for catering again. On top of that, my order wasn’t even ready when I got there.

I encountered some difficulties redeeming offers on the Dunkin app due to my confusion about the point conversion system and how to apply the offers to my order. However, the staff member working in the afternoon was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain how to apply the coupons to my order, allowing me to get my free items. I really appreciate his assistance!
This Dunkin location is the best Ive ever been to! The woman that wrote the bad review before mine was in front of me in line and her review is a lie. Some people (New Yorkers) just like to complain. Im currently drinking the best bottled pepsi Ive ever had. This location is the eighth wonder of the modern world and all should visit.
Although the food is decent the staff are low key rude and threatened to call the cops on us after a drink spilled! When we look for your food at the counter the staff gives dirty looks and is aggressive with their attitudes. I would not recommend this dunkin if your were looking to stay and sit.
i would give no stars if i could. seriously the rudest staff i’ve ever experienced. my coffee was burnt and when i kindly asked the lady to please remake it because it was undrinkable she shook it upside and handed it back to me right in front of me.

The staff at Dunkin' are wonderful—consistently friendly and welcoming. I spotted many familiar faces from Sea Bright! The store itself is impressive and a major upgrade from the Sea Bright location.
Place doesn’t answer the phone ever. Awful establishment.
