I had a disappointing experience with the service during my visit. I understand that mornings can be hectic, but the woman at the drive-thru was quite rude. After I placed my order, I thought about adding something else, and she snapped at me, reminding me that the line was long. This behavior is completely unprofessional. I've encountered similar issues before, but today's interaction was particularly unpleasant. I felt it was important to write a review because her attitude was exceptionally negative.
Yesterday i stopped in and ask for a lg coffee with 2 shots of flavor and a bagel with butter. The girl waiting on me does not speak english. Another girl has to help her. The receipt says toasted bagel which is not what i wanted. Also Coffee only has 1shot of flavor. This is still America and we shouldn't need a constitutional amendment to know English is the officiallanguage.
I ordered a half dozen donuts 3 glaze, 2 Boston cream, 1 jelly filled. I DID NOT GET ANYTHING I ORDERED! I only received 5 donuts and they were hard NOT fresh, the cake donuts especially. Never again.:
Not the best service. SLOW. Staff dont seem very enthused to be there.2023 update- Staff there are unable to assist with Dunkin App offers. They simply just shrug there shoulders and not help at all.

The restaurant is poorly managed; on several occasions, mobile orders were left out of the customers' reach and sight. However, the coffee is generally good.
The parking lot and drive-thru experience could use some enhancements. On the plus side, the customer service was outstanding.
The food was good, but the delivery driver was exceptional. He was wonderful. Thank you for sending him.
My donuts was hard n my sandwich was cold n unable to eat. Never ordering from this app again
