Guy with the long black ponytail at the drive thru is just nasty. He talks to his coworkers over the headset while you wait for him to finish so that you can place your order. When you finally get to the window he doesn’t greet you or even tell you your total just waits for you to hand over your card. Then he (barely) hands you your items and just continues talking to his coworkers I’m usually not that picky when it comes to fast food and the service because I get it but he is just extremely rude and his vibe is way off. He must own the place or have family/friends that owns it because there’s no way he’s still employed there.
The customer here is HORRIBLE!! when they don’t understand they just say no and hang up! I’ve called back several time and even as I’m typing this message I’m just listening to everything in the background because they just picked up and never said anything for 4 minutes now!! This is unacceptable. I was calling to make a business owner but I will definitely take my money to Starbucks up the street.
the quality of this dunkin has gone down tremendously. It used to be my favorite because the drinks were well made and the food tasted fresh. This morning was my last straw when I found something gross INSIDE my coffee lid. It looks like a booger. It’s really a shame, I recommend going somewhere else.
I stopped by this morning to get a medium vanilla iced coffee and a sausage and cheese croissant. Unfortunately, the croissant was undercooked, with a doughy center. It felt like the bread had been frozen and hadn't thawed completely.

goodness! I try to avoid going out szince that I am in a range of low class personalities, with self-installation syndrome. the staff at dunkin' however made a good job and made my visit pleasant.

The service is quick and excellent. The staff is consistently friendly and polite. The drive-thru consistently operates at a steady pace.
I asked for a career and the dude practically threw it on the counter for me to pick up....no sense of professionalism whatsoever.
