Over the past year, I've run into several issues with my coffee, frequently receiving the wrong flavor or sometimes nothing with taste at all. The sandwiches have also been disappointing—often under-cooked, with incorrect or even missing cheese, and they’re usually served in a messy way. Today, I felt compelled to write a review because my sandwich arrived without bacon, the cheese was dangling off the side, and the top slice of bread was significantly smaller than the bottom one.

This Dunkin’ is definitely one of my favorite spots! I've been visiting this place since I was a child, and even now, I stop by for a cup of coffee. The staff is very welcoming and always efficient with my orders. Over the years, I've watched this restaurant grow and evolve into what it is today. I've seen many staff changes, but I’m really pleased with the current teams both during the day and in the afternoon. I'm always happy with their service! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
This Dunkin' is located in a mainly Eastern European neighborhood. While there are plenty of coffee shops and breakfast spots nearby, the food here stands out for being quick and fresh. The tomato pesto grilled cheese is surprisingly better than many upscale restaurants. Prices are quite reasonable, especially compared to other local eateries. Plus, there’s a spacious parking lot available. I’d definitely recommend stopping by.
This location is in a predominantly Eastern European community. There are many coffee shops and breakfast places but honestly the food here is quick and fresh. The tomato pesto grilled cheese is surprisingly better than most higher end restaurants. Theprices are reasonable (especially compared to surrounding restaurants). There is also a large parking lot! I really love this Dunkin' Donuts spot! The team manages everything smoothly and efficiently, always with a friendly smile. The coffee and other items always taste fresh—never burnt like at other locations. The renovation looks amazing, and I especially enjoyed the brew on tap. You can order and pick up inside or use their convenient curbside pickup.
I ordered a caramel coffee and avocado toast with bacon today, but my coffee had no caramel and my toast had no bacon. This has been happening frequently at every Dunkin' location I visit. I understand it’s busy and you’re understaffed, but it shouldn’t be hard to read the order on the screen.
I had an excellent experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff is efficient and they started to remember my order after just a few visits. While the parking can be somewhat crowded at times, this location is definitely much better than the one in Glenview.
This Dunkin' spot is my favorite place for a quick breakfast in the area! The staff is fantastic, and I consistently have a great experience there. I highly recommend it!
