The gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of during my entire visit. The service was quick, and the coffee was fresh. Contrary to what other reviews have said, he was not rude at all, and I didn’t notice any issues with the rolls or any other items. He even pointed me to a nearby full-service location. While this place is limited in its offerings, they do serve great coffee, which is the most important thing!
The service was slow despite there only being a few customers. There were plenty of staff members, but they seemed to move at a snail's pace. Some employees wore masks, but the food preparers didn't. It's puzzling; the sign states that we must wear masks, yet those handling the food do not. Our breakfast sandwiches were good, but they took too long to arrive.
This location is a Dunkin ' Express inside of Mohegan Sun. I ran in quick to grab a coffee before getting the ferry to go home. Kid at the counter was quick and friendly and location was clean. The location is small since it is an express store and doesn 't have a full variety but suited my needs perfectly!
All I wanted was an iced coffee for the ride home. With covid and all they close at 8 pm. It was 7 pm and the worker couldn't make any iced coffee. I guess I won't be trying to go there again while I'm in Mohegan. This was the express one by the bus lobby Reserva una mesa ahora
The employee at the counter is friendly and courteous, which must be challenging given that some customers aren't very polite. I always find the coffee here to be just perfect!
