I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on August 20, 2023, around 4:30 AM. The staff members were rude and unprofessional. I placed my order through the app and drove around to pick it up, as I usually do. I announced that I was there for pick-up and mentioned my name, but one of the workers made a remark about me being "weird," and they all laughed. While I don't have any issues with Dunkin' as a brand, the behavior of the employees left a negative impression.
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening and went through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, a young man informed me that he was on his 10-minute break and couldn’t serve me. The customer service was extremely disappointing! I will not return to this location, nor would I recommend it to others. It doesn’t even deserve one star.
I’m giving only 3 stars because I rarely ever get to try the food. Every time I come if it’s this young gentlemen (not the girl who works here) it’s always food station is down and we only do donuts. I come here 7 days a week and he’s the only one who will not serve food.
Had a gift card and asked for a medium hot no sugar. Wasted the card, since they added sugar anyway. When you're a zombie and don't listen to your customers, I get very frustrated. Told them twice. No sugar. Diabetic. Go to Cumby's, and make your own. Reserva una mesa ahora
This Dunkin' Donuts has my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE EMPLOYEE! She is the hardest worker I've ever seen, and she always gets my coffee and food exactly right. Be sure to tip her generously—she's truly an outstanding asset to your team! Don't ever let her go!
GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!! Young Girl at window with dark hair is rude and I quote “you’re the one with so many freaking things”. Atitude check please. And burnt coffee plus cold sandwiches

Edge of the bagel was burnt while the middle wasn't toasted. I think they usually forget to toast it, so I'll just have to start asking for not toasted. Reserva una mesa ahora
Ordered 4 croissants and they gave me only 2 and charged me for 4 , especially this location has some problems , never gonna go back there again
