I've been going to this place for years and always had a great service until today, I ordered two hot drinks and when I was handed over I could feel that they were cold. I let the hired know they felt cold and they offered to repair them because they said they had problems with the steamer. I suppose it was the shift manager who came into the window and told me I had to go around. I was under the impression that she wanted to walk around and park so that they could then take it out. I've been going to this dunkin since I moved from New England. In fact I based my apartment location around a dunkin donuts just to stay close to a feeling of home. And holy hell do these employees do that. I know all of their smiling and kind faces, yet I don't know their names. I know I've asked and they've told me but it's always so hard to remember things before I've had my tea.The crew knows my voice, knows my order, and are on top of their game 100% of the time. In times like these, I hope they get enough time for good breaks and feel comfortable in their job. I met a friend here who really needed my support. We sat and talked for a few hours without any effort. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff truly understands. It's refreshing to know there are still places where you can have a meaningful conversation without being judged for not being an expert, or parking in the wrong spot, or feeling inadequate in any way.

Nicholas just made our day! We had a horrible experience next door at sonic but Nicholas made our day so much better! I don't typically go to Dunkin' a lot but I will definitely be a returning here whenever I am in need of some Dunkin'! So delicious and so kind! Reserva una mesa ahora

Always friendly staff but they don't make fresh doughnuts in store like any other place, they get shipments so they are dry and taste old. Everything else is good except the doughnuts which doesn't make sense. Hope they change that in the future.

Pass by to get some iced coffee and donuts for my kids last night, just grab a glazed one right now and it tastes like plastic! I just hope my kids won’t get sick! I just don’t get how can this happen, unacceptable…..

I downloaded the app and have been coming here ever since. Cheaper than Starbucks, not as many options but just as great! I get free drinks all the time with the app! Highly recommend it if you love coffee!
