When I went in to complete the hiring forms, I was surprised that the company didn't use their own computer for this process. There’s no reason for a manager to shout at someone for not being able to access the forms on their phone. It's unprofessional to treat a potential employee rudely before they even finish the paperwork. Such behavior should have been handled privately, not in front of other staff and customers. It's no wonder this place is constantly looking for help and has a poor service reputation. I've decided to take my business elsewhere! In the mornings, my coffee is always prepared just the way I like it, but in the afternoons, it has a terrible taste. The afternoon staff seems to overlook the amount of cream they add to the coffee. This has happened several times with both my and my husband's drinks. My large cold brew often ends up tasting overwhelmingly like cream, with just a hint of coffee, even though I only request one cream.
I will pass through a couple times a week. On my way to work in Sandusky and I never have a problem unless the young black girl is at the window. I don’t know her name but every single time she is at that window I get a completely wrong Or shorted order. Normally, if it’s really busy, I don’t care, but I’ve been showing up when no one is there in the order is still wrong.
Update. Still cant get a order right even after specifically trying then what to do. Can't get a order right. Wait in line forever when there's is 2 cars. Sad.
