Typical Dunkin until you get to the service. All employees were knowledgeable, able to jump in and get the transaction completed efficiently, and friendly. Amanda, specifically, was helpful and moved among the order with great problem solving skills. She 's a great employee. She went above beyond and brought the Box of Joe out to my car for me as I had already walked out with the donuts. She may never know what that level of customer service means to a person, as it seems to becoming a lost art. Thank you, Amanda.

I wish I checked reviews before I disturbed. this position is basically operated by children who have no idea how to make coffee and when they come to the window and tell them they ordered a sweet cold frizzy and not just a simple ice cream they only splash a few whipped cream in it and give it back. I pay $4 for a drink that I expect it to be right, and have forbid you to apologize or even smile.

I absolutely LOVEEEE their iced coffees! Well, when they make it correctly. That is why they get 2 stars! If they presented themselves, mainly, as a coffee shop then they would get more stars. Since they are a donut shop and their donuts, as well as every single other menu item that I have actually tried, are absolutely HORRIBLE, I give them 2 stars!

drama between person and castor. kaschiere pouting do not want their job. she cries personally to customers. I never got my pumpkin seasoned coffee I ordered. I went out too much. send them home, she has to bring it together. this is that generation that is never needed to do something home, and it shows itself at work place. Reserva una mesa ahora

I’ve had more negative experiences than positive ones at this restaurant. I recently returned to town and decided to give it another chance. However, they didn’t have any cold beer at noon, so I ended up going to Dieucks instead, where I found cold beer.
