Dunkin refused to serve me!On Saturday, 5/13, around 3:30 p.m., I went in and ordered an iced coffee, black, with a shot of espresso added. I noticed the cashier punched in a separate espresso drink order, which was something like $1.59, so I said (very nicely, without an edge or anything), Oh, it 's 99 cents. Here 's the rest of the conversation: What 's 99 cents, the coffee?!? No, the shot; I 'm adding a shot. No it isn 't! It 's not 99 cents! I looked up and pointed at the large sidebar section of the menu screen right behind her promoting a few things you can add on to your order, and one of them is a shot of espresso. Just stopped at this location to get a blue raspberry coffee coolatta. Normally the blue raspberry coffee coolatta comes in blue. When I got served my coffee coolatta it wasn’t my normal order. I tried to ask questions politely to understand why they do it different at this location and the woman who served me was beyond rude. The most horrible customer service I think I’ve experienced. I never write complaints but this encounter got me so upset that I had to come on here. I even asked for a manager and a refund because I did not want to do business with them after that interaction. They refused a refund saying they do not give refunds even though there are no signs or policy stating that. S...
I did a mobile order here and it took like 25 minutes. Part of it was my fault for not going up and asking where my stuff was but the place was so packed I couldn't tell for sure that they missed mine. But they clearly did. Also it's a pain to get in and out of the parking lot
Staff was more friendly than usual but my egg and cheese sandwich tasted a little off, like the toaster had lots of old burnt stuff in it. I went in the afternoon and this location is pretty busy. Locating was also very clean.

A great Dunkins! I work in the area and go there almost every day. The staff is friendly and consistent. It's great in the morning, they handle the rush well it too long a wait.
