today at 8:25 o'clock stopped. asked for a order of chive and wobbly filled bagel minis on an all mini bagel. lady said everything was set. I said I bought them the day before and she said they were interrupted with a small setting, but I said the stuffed mini bagels on a simple bagel are in order. at the end they gave me exactly what I wanted, the stuffed bagel minis on a whole bagel (they were not set all five? then I was given the wrong drink at the window, which was a green drink I didn't ask. they finally gave me the right drink, but they had no sugar. this morning I placed a mobile order not only had to wait for more than 10 minutes after I arrived to get my order, it was wrong I ordered a xl tee and got coffee instead and it was still wrong when they made it new to not mention that they used the same cup and no gloves on, nor did they have the funnels for the cups. I asked her the rest of my order was ready, she did not tell me without looking and it sat on the counter all the time. I order a lot of dunkin to have this experience is very annoying.
They only accept online orders and drive-through orders. We went inside and saw two workers behind a plastic barrier. So we went back outside, drove around the building to get the car in the drive-in line. Slightly annoying. I understand businesses are STILL putting safety protections in place, but I question whether serving someone inside from behind a plastic barrier is less safe than no barrier service at a drive-through.
