This Dunkin' location is fantastic, so don't pay attention to that one-star review. I work at the University of Maryland and have probably spent several hundred dollars here over the past few years. The staff is incredibly efficient and has always gotten my order right. I've also used the drive-thru for larger orders—like 6 drinks and 3 dozen donuts—and they’re always ready in under 3 minutes. This is by far my preferred Dunkin' Donuts, conveniently located just a few miles from the University in the Greenbelt area.
I typically have issues when drivers deliver my order, they usually leave it at the wrong address. For that, I've asked that the driver call me when they approach to ensure they find the right house. Today, the food was left at my door but I was. It notified by the driver nor the app so it sat out there for over 20 minutes. Lastly, my order was wrong. I paid for a medium tea and I received a small. This is why I hardly ever use GrubHub. I only used it because I had a gift card.
This rating is obviously within the fast food genre. Not surprisingly, the food and drinks are standard Dunkin fare and quality. But I admire how quickly this particular franchisee handles the hordes that descend in the mornings during beach season. Yes, there are long snaking car and walk-in lines, but people are willing to join them because they move pretty quickly. And often with a smile even. Pretty much what I hope for from a 'fast ' food place.

I ordered a medium hot latte got it cold, she got a attitude and purposely added unnecessary amount of Expresso to my drink making it unappetizing, my friend had already pulled off so I was unable to get it right, and in this day you can not trust someone won't spit in your drink anyway. Horrible customer service.
I think the restaurant was responsible for the food being over an hour late, but I believe the driver did a great job.
The coffee was spilled and got everything wet and wanted almost half of the coffee, which is expensive thanks
