This restaurant is a popular brand, so you might expect a high standard, but it sometimes misses the mark. The operating hours seem erratic, which makes planning a visit tricky. Although the interior is spacious, ordering is done through a self-service screen. I was unable to buy a bottled drink because the door was locked. They don’t accept cash, and there was no option to purchase beverages directly from the screen. As a result, I had to swipe my card twice just to quench my thirst.
The restaurant is clean, but the staff can be quite rude. Even when you leave a tip, they just walk off without acknowledging it. The service is not significantly better inside. It's an acceptable choice if you're nearby and need a quick meal, but I wouldn't make a special trip to eat there.

The staff was friendly, but my drink wasn't prepared correctly. The cup was sticky from a coffee spill, and when I opened the lid, some of it spilled out.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee, and the barista seemed out of it, lacking professionalism.
