This restaurant is a well-known brand, so you would expect it to be good, but sometimes it falls short. The hours of operation seem unpredictable, making it difficult to plan when to visit. The inside is open, but you have to use a self-service screen to order. I couldn't purchase a bottled beverage because the door was locked. They don't accept cash, and there was no option to order on the screen, so I had to swipe my card twice just to satisfy my thirst.

The restaurant has good cleanliness, but the staff is rude. Even when you leave a tip, they simply walk away without expressing gratitude. The service inside is not much better. It's a good option if you need a quick meal and happen to be nearby, but I wouldn't go out of my way to dine there.

The service was awful; I had to wait 15 minutes for a single coffee, and the cashier appeared to be under the influence of drugs. It was not a professional experience.
