Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

3 simple things 1. Stale donut.. 2. A pup cup with a teaspoon of whip cream and yes they charged me for it...3 small iced coffee with cream and sugar....well no sugar and the coffee was burnt .....clean the pots your using. 5.63 right in the garbage youcan drive 5 minutes north to a Dunken in the home depot location and get what you're asking for and it's always good..stay awayfrom this D.D. or just throw your money out the window as you drive by. It's sad that the place was redo and the problems stillexist

Beautiful inside. Getting into the parking lot was a bit crazy. Small selection of doughnuts and not the best customer service. Didn't ask for which protein for my wake up wraps, got the wrong donuts we asked for, and we were done eating by the time mydaughter got her drink order. And was rather shocked the staple of blueberry cake donuts were not available. For theanticipation of doing to a Dunkin, was pretty bummed it was less than the basic expectation. ????

This restaurant is usually better, but I understand that things can get hectic when they are busy. However, I was disappointed when I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get someone's attention for a donut that the cashier had forgotten. When I finally did get someone's attention, the person seemed annoyed as if I was inconveniencing them. Sorry that you had to be bothered for half a second for a donut, Ana. I hope your day gets better.

my only weight is while redesigning the drive-dru line is so long. if to make accusations awhile, they should move the cars to a place and bring food when cooked to them. the line would move much faster, especially if they had to preorder and simply pick up. order to save time Reserva una mesa ahora

Simple order. Completely screwed up by Brandon. Not once but twice. He should spend more time paying attention to his job and not goofing off with his coworkers so much. Then he could get the orders correct. BTW you call the store and no one answers the phone.

mobile order, drive to the window had to wait for two coffees. when one handed a coffee, the lid came out of the coffee on the hand. you had to say, grab and get serviettes. I order almost 5 days a week. today my coffee had scraped in it!

The young staff members were extremely noisy, eating while preparing orders and not showing any respect when we asked for ketchup. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin'.

The restaurant is very slow and lacks proper organization and leadership. Despite having a large staff, including during the busy morning rush, the service is unacceptably slow. Reserva una mesa ahora

This location has some of the best staff I've ever seen. Young bilingual Mexican studs really puttin the nut in doughnut!!
