an egg cake for birthday. it should have a kindness picture of birthday. when picking up the cake it was discovered that the picture had cut off the head! the register staff was nice and professional but the manager and general manager were dismissed, careless, rude and unprofessional. the lack of care and unapologetic attitude let me know that my dollar is not appreciated here. they said that the picture for the cake was cut off with the head. it wasn't that on my computer. Even so, the healthy sense would say that they contact their customers to see if they really wanted a body with no head on their cake! they started screaming that they would please me by explaining the situation. I go here because my daughter LOVES the donuts. I don't understand as the donuts aren't fresh. I miss the Dunkin of my childhood where donuts were made on-site and were fresh. These donuts usually taste a bit stale to me. Service at this location is fine as is the coffee.

Friendly and accommodating. Black pepper croissant sandwich was perfect, juicy and flavor, can't get that at every Dunkin.
