I typically don't have any issues with this restaurant, but they should never make substitutions without consulting the customer first. This morning, I received an order that was completely incorrect. They replaced two plain donuts (which I can eat) with an apple fritter (which I cannot eat) without my knowledge. It is important to respect dietary restrictions and allergies when preparing orders. In the future, they should always speak with the customer before making any substitutions. Delivery service and meal type were average, with prices ranging from $20-30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 2 out of 5.
You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented.
