Ordered a dozen donuts and a Large hot Cappuccino with 3 Caramel and Whole milk.I received two half-half dozen boxes and neither were sealed closed (which is fine, I’ll do the work for you I guess).The cappuccino was MARKED for 1 caramel and there wasn’t even a drop of caramel in it. It's not just this location; it's the entire brand. I stopped by to grab a large iced tea with just lemon and was informed that they don't offer lemon. Excuse me, I've been ordering lemon iced tea for twenty years—yes, you do have it. I had one not long ago! I understand that corners may be cut to save money and that staffing issues are a challenge, but really, no lemon? I didn't stick around to find out if they genuinely discontinued lemon or if it was just poor training. The brand has really declined. I suppose I'll take an extra 45 seconds and go to the Pink Cup instead.
older women with dark hair at the window handed us a drink with a loose lid and spilled all over the car. instead of giving us napkins and offering us a new drink or even apologizing she proceeds to say absolutely not when I showed her the empty cup and shut the window, didn 't even hand us the rest of our food either. Extremely rude and should not be working with customers. How about a free detail for the inside of my car and maybe some respect.
I ordered a cheddar bagel twist through the app and picked it up, but when I got to work and opened it, I found just a bagel with a slice of cheese on it. To make matters worse, the hash browns were undercooked. Now I have to toss out my entire breakfast. Thanks for that.

terrible service every time i go here on break, takes over 10 minutes in drive thru everytime. my order is never ready. there is a boy there who looks 14 and is very rude.
I always order a Boston cream donut, and I highly recommend trying the frozen hot chocolate.
Whoever was on shift decided it was fine to close up 20 min early. Frustrating.
