This place has gone down hill. Today we ordered 2 toasted bagels, hashbrowns, bacon and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich... pretty simple. Nope, got hashbrowns and 1 bagel and closed the window on us, told them we were missing the rest of the order and the bagel wasn't even toasted and had a clump of cream cheese. The manager opened the bagel with his hands and said it fine and tried to give it back us (seriously? , they closed the window on us again and then gave us the same exact finger rubbed bagel and a second non toasted bagel and told us goodbye... after we knock on the window again, we told them we were still missing the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and the bacon. This is the worst Dunkin donuts ever. Drive up only still, and no quality in their preparation of any of the food items. Good thing donuts are made off site. No napkins or straws provided for the cold drinks. Had to ask for some before departure, and it was as if we were asking for them to jump through hoops.By the way, both food items were cold 2 minutes after pick up,(we parked in lot to eat in the car). Coffee was filled to brim and splashed out of holes. VERY VERY VERY Dirty ,Bad Service, Old Dehydrated Nasty Food. The most consistent Bad Food and Service I have ever experienced and I live locally and commute. I have Personally Boycoted this business. If you respect your good health don't eat here. Iasked for a breakfast sandwich roasted bread and coffee. Every time I go there they mess up my order and then when i asked for a bagel bacon and egg and cheese sandwich and they didn’t put any cheese. I then gave it back to them to add cheese and they put the coldest piece of cheese on it. Also this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. They need to hire new people or something none of them can do anything right. I think I’m just going to have to stop going there I’m wasting my money paying for something that isn’t even made right.

I was greeted with a rude attitude from the girl at the door who asked me what I was waiting for. She did not want me to bring all of my items inside and had a nasty attitude. I will not be giving them any of my money if that is how they treat their customers. I will be letting all of my friends know to avoid this place. I will be going to Courtland Street instead. The owners at that place may not be any better, but at least they are not enabling rude behavior like this.
Stopped there to get my free reward for my drink and the young women who was next to the manager stated that I had to pay for the cold foam.. it's a free coupon reward I've been doing this for years.This manager is the most rudest unprofessional women I have vEver met. She makes her own prices and her hygiene does not look good in that dunkin . Don't go there guys find another dunkin.Very disappointment.
Good morning. I give them a two because I feel bad about giving them only one star, not friendly I asked for a dozen bagels also a dozen donuts and a coffee setup the bagels were just three different types I asked for sort, they said that all they had and how the donuts well we just say it is worth taking the ride to courtland Dunkin’ donuts
Terrible service. They weren't even friendly at all, then the lady messed up our order and didn't really apologize for it and then they locked the doors so we were locked in and had to go to the counter again to ask them to unlock the door for us so we can get out. Our coffee was bitter too!!

Stopped to pick-up my wife her favorite, Medium Iced Caramel Decaf Cream No Sugar. Always consistently excellent. They are still not open inside, so you HAVE TO go through the drive-thru. The line moved pretty quickly, coffee was delicious and the staff was polite and helpful.
