I placed an order through DoorDash and chose a few dipping sauces, but they ended up adding all four sauces to my wrap, which made it soggy and unappetizing—I couldn’t even eat it. When I called to ask if I could pick up a replacement, I was told I would have to pay for another one. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was informed that no one was available. They took my name and number to call me back, but I never received a call. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I would recommend avoiding this place.
This is a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious grilled burger and fries. The beef is flavorful without being too greasy. Their sliders are outstanding, and the onion rings are quite tasty as well. The staff is friendly, though somewhat indifferent; there’s not much in the way of suggestions or small talk—it's more about placing your order and moving on. Overall, it’s a great spot for a meal.
I've enjoyed both dining in and taking out from Burger Bite. Their burger menu is fantastic, and I've tried customizing my own burgers several times with great results. The homemade chips are delicious as well. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. It's a popular spot, so it can get busy!
Great place to get a decent grilled burger and fries. The beef is good tasting and not overly greesy. The have really great sliders as well as good onion rings. Staff is friendly but indifferent, never any suggestions or small talk of any kind, order, next. Great place over all.

The customer service was lovely, thank you for the smiles. However the 8 dollar very thinly sliced stale chicken breast was obviously days old and not fresh. A recooked thin slice chicken breast is very tough to chew thanks for the fresh bread and tomato and lettuce.
I ordered a build-your-own burger, and everything was just right. The burger was mouthwatering, and the fries were extra crispy, just like I asked for. Everything tasted fresh and of excellent quality. This is definitely the best burger joint in the area!
I placed an order through Uber Eats for a turkey burger, but Burger Bite gave the driver a beef burger instead. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me three times.
Every time I order from Burger Bite, I enjoy it more and more. I really love that they offer funnel cake fries – they've become a must-have with every order I place.

The food is tasty, but I have a concern about the presentation. The bag and the foil wrapping the burger did not have any logo on them.
The turkey burger was fantastic, and the sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy.
