This location used to be excellent, but I've noticed a decline in service over the past few months. I've been using the app for ordering, and while there were a few minor hiccups, I decided to overlook them. However, today was a different experience. When my husband went to pick up my order, the staff insisted that I hadn’t placed any order with them. After he showed them the receipt on his phone, they discovered the unfulfilled order receipt in the trash. They quickly prepared my order and apologized, but when he left, he realized it wasn’t fully complete. He had to go back to the counter to remind them to finish it. Dunkin' has noticeably declined since it first opened. It was never outstanding, but now it’s even worse. Drinks are often not made properly, and many staff members aren’t wearing masks. When handling food and beverages, it’s crucial to act responsibly and wear a mask. Additionally, some female employees display an unpleasant attitude. The management needs to ensure that mature and professional staff are hired instead of just kids. This level of service is unacceptable.
The location is excellent, and the staff is very polite. The food is consistently fresh, and the place is well-maintained and clean. However, the downside of this spot is its small size, which leads to them running out of donuts quite quickly. Unfortunately, nine times out of ten, they don't have the donuts I want (coconut, Boston cream, or old-fashioned). While it's great for business that the donuts sell so well, it's not ideal for customers who are left wanting.
A guy named Matt made my bacon, egg, and cheese just the way I like it—crispy bacon, which I haven’t found at other Dunkin' locations I've visited. He also brewed the best coffee I've ever had, even without me requesting extra caramel. I'll definitely be coming back to this location. Be sure to ask for Matt!

The woman who works in the mornings needs to improve her sanitation practices. I saw her wipe her nose with her hand and then immediately open a bag to package food for customers without washing her hands first. I will not return to this restaurant again.
Dunkin' offers great coffee and delicious donuts, with a friendly staff that makes the experience even better—special shoutout to Meduel/Muhammad. Their menu has a good variety to satisfy any craving.
Dunkin' offers very friendly service, which has noticeably improved recently thanks to the newer employees. The menu is diverse and complements the welcoming atmosphere perfectly.
This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. The manager is outstanding! She is friendly and incredibly helpful, and she really gets to know her customers.
