Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

Both times, when I pointed out the extra $1.50 charge after swiping my card, the cashier was rude and unapologetic, even making me feel like I was to blame for slowing down the line. Instead of refunding me the difference, she offered a donut on my next visit, which I declined, stating that I simply wanted the overcharged amount returned. Her irritation was evident, and she did not seem pleased. Despite the convenience of this location, I feel I must take a stand on principle and will not be returning. I urge other customers to be cautious.

We waited 8 minutes in an empty shop to get a dozen donuts. Two people work, one sweep the floor others do, who knows what. Had my phone to scan for the employee on the reward program app for them. She totally ignored it and once we said that you could scan it, she was very angry and expressed that the order had already been completed in a very angry way. When we chose the Donuts, she said to us “What you want”. Has not checked any points for our purchase and will not be returned.

I would give it no stars . Poor customer service they took my order wrong then I corrected them. Then my bacon egg and cheese was made in a croissant no English muffins. But that's not it instead of making me a new sandwich they took off the egg and bacon which was melted with cheese and put it on a English muffins right in front of me very unprofessional.

I'm a dunkin fan. I've visited it several times. Friendly and friendly staff. Buuut... 1. Need to add more taste to icey/frozen drinks; especially if the customer wishes and pays for additional taste. 2. Napkins, straws and sugar should always be available at service level; especially if his only 9 o'clock. Come on, you can do better. I'm back. Reserva una mesa ahora

This location by far is the WORST!!! Rude, uneducated staff, bad attitude, no customer service skills. That's a reflection of the Store Manager, who seems to have every other day off. Staff can barely speak English. Drive another mile down Bloomfield Ave to a far better location.

I used to enjoy going to this Dunkin but lately when I go my order is never correct. Today I ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam and they handed me a cold brew with whipped cream on top...hmm...that’s not how it’s made at other locations!

ordered an “americano” there but it was way too bitter I had to throw it out after few sips… seems like they don’t change filter clean the machine often enough

Drink was all ice, when i went back into complain the woman would not give me her name. Two sips of coffee for $5.00. All she said is i made it wright Reserva una mesa ahora

I noticed an old-fashioned doughnut during my recent visit, but I didn't order it. The woman at the counter seemed to be acting suspiciously.

A little slow service and too much mill in my ice coffee. I was in a hurry, or I went back in.
