However, there was one young guy making sandwiches who seemed a bit slow and confused. The coffee was ready right away, but the sandwiches felt like they came from a different Dunkin'. The young cashier was a bit of a bottleneck in the process. On the other hand, there was a hardworking Asian employee who was keeping everything flowing smoothly. He maintained his sense of humor and was knowledgeable about everything in the store! I didn't spend too much time there; I was just in a hurry for my sandwiches. But I could tell the staff was making an effort.
The tattooed white man scanned my coupon but then refused to serve me, despite the coupon going through. He insisted that I pay again, and I just don’t understand why a major company would employ someone like this to interact with customers. They really tarnish Dunkin's reputation. It’s disheartening to witness such behavior, and honestly, I wouldn't hire someone like him to handle customer relations—he's clearly not cut out for the job.
This is my go-to spot for a quick coffee during my night shifts as a nurse. I really enjoy the pumpkin spice options! However, I wouldn't recommend bringing children here, as it could get quite expensive. It's definitely a nice place to treat yourself when you need a break from the kids.
