This used to be one of my favorite places to order from during my lunch break because my food always arrived on time or even earlier. However, today I ordered a salad with balsamic dressing both on it and on the side, but unfortunately, I received a plain salad with NO dressing. When I called to ask if they could bring me the dressing, the person who answered the phone was quite rude. He told me I would have to wait 45 minutes for a driver to finish another delivery since they wouldn’t send someone just to deliver dressing. Not sure I think I got them on a bad dad. I have been meaning to try this place for a while. My panini was dry and tasteless no olive oil , seasoning. I got the chicken mozzarella broccoli rab. Thought at least the broccoli would taste sautéed, it was not. Had to season it on my own at home. Also got the grilled eggplant and zucchini which I think they glazed with balasamic even though description says olive oil. It was definitely old from the fridge for days.
The delivery was incredibly quick, and the food was absolutely fantastic. The iced frappe was the best I've ever tasted, the cheesecake cones were simply irresistible, and the paninis were out of this world. We will definitely be coming back! This place is incredible and a must-visit. And to think, this was all takeout! I can't wait to experience dining in. The girls on the phone were very friendly too. Truly amazing!
I will never return to this restaurant. I ordered three paninis and specifically requested the "everything" panini, but they sent me a plain one instead. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my order. To make matters worse, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I'm really disappointed and would give them zero stars if that were an option.

Panino Rustico is one of the finest cafes on the island. The food is fresh, the coffee is expertly crafted by skilled baristas, and the ambiance is fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Burrata, and all the paninis are exceptional. The staff is very friendly and happy to provide recommendations! The truffle fries are absolutely amazing!
The paninis here are excellent, and the service is fast. I’ve tried several different kinds, and they have all been enjoyable. I typically place my order online, and by the time I arrive, the sandwiches are ready for me. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the flavors make it worth it.
I'm sitting here enjoying the parmesan truffle fries, and I just had to write this review. They're absolutely delicious! I can't tell if it's my hangover or just how crispy they are, but wow. Val is also a sweetheart!
I recently started working in SI and been ordering lunch from here, the salads are sooo good and fresh it’s my go-to spot now! Def have to stop in some time to try it out I’m sure it won’t disappoint!! Thank you
