Sandwich was so fresh and delicious. Ordered chicken with broccoli rabe and mozzarella on toasted panini bread and comes with side of salad topped with fresh pesto sauce. The bread was so fresh and so good I had to buy 1 to go and it was still so good the next day. My friend and I shared the sandwich and finished off the meal with nutella with strawberry and banana crepe. That sealed the deal for me. Also the service was excellent. We didn't have to wait and our waitress was poliet and sweet.I can't wait for them to open their Bay Ridge location. I'll definitely be there every week.
This is Fake:Great service, the waitress was very helpful and kind, her name is Violet. The food is delicious and very good quality! Highly recommend. (Probably had her friend write that) Truth: Violet is a RUDE Asian waitress who should go work at a Chinese restaurant and let the Italians just do their job. Go way violet. Hope you get fired.Please leave because you're RUDE and nasty. She will purposely upcharge you, not notify you, and then be nasty about it. FIRE HER.
Not sure I think I got them on a bad dad. I have been meaning to try this place for a while. My panini was dry and tasteless no olive oil , seasoning. I got the chicken mozzarella broccoli rab. Thought at least the broccoli would taste sautéed, it was not. Had to season it on my own at home. Also got the grilled eggplant and zucchini which I think they glazed with balasamic even though description says olive oil. It was definitely old from the fridge for days.
All good but only complaint is the prices which feelLike they have doubled in the last year. I know prices have increased dramatically all over but it seems to me this place went from nine dollars till like 15 for almost the same type of stuff. Don't get me wrong, all very good quality and tasty but getting a little too expensive for a sandwich. Which essentially it is.
