Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I gave 5 for Over the Years' Quality but lately it's been less than 4 Stars for order correctness and staff training, the pleasant service has been spotty. Was a regular for YEARS here, back when Chris the guy with the voice' (You know whom I mean if You were a Long time customer, he worked there 10 years ago for 5 years). Since then, I've had them pass me a leaking cup, to find out the RIM of the cup was messed up. I've been handed cups that didn't have the lid on, I've had to wipe coffee of my hand, and it's HOT. I DON'T get to say Please check the lid because it's not fair to hold up the line, but it's not fair to spill hot coffee on me when You can SEE the coffee is spilling! It's HOT, (...

I ordered an old fashion donut and was told that I could pick up my donut at the pickup window and said that I had a blessed day there were 3 people waiting for me. After 5 minutes, all the people were waiting, but I didn't. after another 2 or 3 minutes I went back to the cash register and told the same man who had taken my order that I wanted my money back. I was very frustrated, but was not rude. this young man turned me around because he frustrated me and chased me because he was impatient when they trained children. these young are great! it was just the morning I parked at the nearby the same station. I came when I mentioned that I cannot bring an 18wheeler through them, they did not hesitate to connect me to a gojo. super helpful for trucker!

The staff at this restaurant is extremely impolite. The cream cheese on the bagels is disappointingly thin, the coffee had grounds in it, and the staff was unhelpful when asked about it. Reserva una mesa ahora

They are never are consistent with coffee. Ask for decaf and get regular coffee. Or order cold brew and it's warm. Also they're rarely open.

Food always comes out fantastic. Lots of hard working people here that have a passion to put some care with each person they serve.
