If you're having trouble deciding on a donut flavor, it might be worth considering a different location. I've tried to visit this place twice recently, but both times I found the lobby locked. The drive-thru here isn’t well designed and can be quite inconvenient, especially when there’s a long line. Sometimes, it’s simply easier to go inside. I often struggle to decide what I want, and both times I visited the drive-thru, they were out of the donut I was hoping to get. If you're short-staffed, it would be nice to put up a notice on the door explaining why the lobby is closed, rather than just locking it and forcing everyone to use the drive-thru.

If I could give this Dunkin' zero stars, I would. It's the closest to my office and says it opens at 4 AM, but several times when I've gone around 5:30 AM and placed an order through the app, it was still closed. Once, a female employee even scolded me for ordering via the app and arriving "too early." I told her it would have been the same if I’d ordered at the speaker. I don’t get why they get annoyed about long waits or lines when I’ve seen them show up around 5 AM. They really need to start arriving 15 minutes earlier so they're ready to open at 4 AM.

I got my order quickly, but they forgot the cold foam for my coffee. When I brought it up, they insisted I hadn’t ordered it and said it would cost an extra 70 cents. This really frustrated me, so I chose to leave. On top of that, their drive-thru speaker is awful, which made communication difficult.

I placed an order through the app, but this location locks the door, forcing everyone to use the drive-thru. It’s really inconvenient to pick up a mobile order and have to wait behind all the drive-thru customers. Even today, with several employees inside, the door remained locked. Very poor service.
