The workers are this location are consistently the rudest and slowest moving people I?ve ever seen in my professional or personal life. I?ve been in Customer service for more than 25 years. Ten of those years working directly with consumers and theremaining 15 years as a manager or supervisor. In all those years and all those places this location is #1. These girls arerude, they will talk smack about you while you?re standing right there as if you can?t even hear them 5 feet away. To make adozen donuts prepare for about 11 different eye rolls from the one helping you.And don?t even try to order any kind of breakfastitem that needs to be put into the oven because you may never even see that....

I stopped in to Dunkin Donuts for coffee, and had to wait a bit. The coronavirus and social distancing have made things like that difficult, due to the limiting of the number of people who can be inside the store at one time. I absolutely get that, however, the scene behind the counter was a bit chaotic. I 'm not sure if they are training new employees, but the manager was called from the back to assist. She was a big help and easily remedied the issues. Every business has chaotic times. I 'm not holding that against them. Every employer must train new employees. Absolutely the worst experience. It took half an hour to get a simple order of bagels with butter, even though there were only two people ahead of me. The staff was incredibly slow and didn’t seem to be in any rush to prepare the food. To top it off, I spotted cockroaches on my way out after retrieving my order. It was truly dreadful.

Arriving Arriving around 8 there were only 2 employees present. But despite noting multiple online and/or mobile orders being generated and 2 person ahead of me I was out in approximately 6 to 7 minutes. I don't know what's going on with this location but they all need coffee making training. The coffee is either very weak or... well u see the picture. I was furious. I was at work when I realized this was in my cup.

Worst place. It took a 1/2 hour with only 2 people. To get to Bagels with butter. The staff is really slow and not in a hurry to get your food done. I saw cockroaches when I left and pulled out my order. Terrible.

This place is unclean, has a limited selection of donuts, serves stale items, and the staff displays a negative attitude. There are plenty of better options nearby, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

I just love Savon. Customer service was excellent. Food was fresh and ready under 3 minutes. If I can give this store 10 stars because Of him I would. Thank you savon for the great service and keep smiling . Reserva una mesa ahora
