I’m giving one star only because it’s the minimum rating allowed. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I ordered a latte and hashbrowns, and they handed me the hashbrowns wrapped in a napkin with the ketchup shoved inside the hashbrown sleeve. When I asked for a bag, the employee refused. I questioned how they could serve food like that and if I ordered a donut, would it also come without a proper bag? The employee said it wasn’t his decision. This is completely unacceptable—terrible food handling and even worse customer service.

I visited the new Dunkin' Donut that just opened yesterday, Saturday, November 18, 2023. This morning, on Sunday, November 19, I stopped by for a coffee. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted by the manager and staff. I ordered a Boston Cream donut and a coffee. The donuts were soft and fresh, and the coffee was freshly brewed. The dining area was clean and tidy. I will definitely be back!
This is my 7th or 8th time coming here and my last one. I have been working nearby and it was convenient but I've had watered down coffee, coffee not filled up all the way. And coffee that's just blah. Just doesn't taste as good as other dunkin's. They are relentless on forcing you to buy donuts. Which comes off as very rude. I guess I'd rather just go to McDonald's and get a cup of coffee in the same parking lot. They're more consistent
Manager is super rude. Always gets orders wrong. I took a video of him arguing with another customer through drive-thru. The customer kept saying that her order was wrong and the manager accused her of lying.. he gets my order wrong a lot too. When I call him out he never apologizes, he just says “give me more money, I charged you for this” super unprofessional

The newer one across the street, the employees are super sweet but for some odd reason EVERY SINGLE TIME I order food no matter what item it’s ALWAYS burnt. At first i just thought “ok they just opened they’re sweet, mistakes happen” but 5xs in a row. It’s flat out annoying now. Especially cause I even asked them to make sure they do not burn my food this time.
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. I ordered two iced coffees, but the manager kept insisting that I buy a donut. When I declined, he only gave me one iced coffee instead of two. I left without my second coffee. If I could, I would give this place zero stars – it’s completely unacceptable.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. The "coffee" is terrible—it's basically just hot water. The service is even worse.
I ordered the avocado toast, but the bread wasn’t toasted at all—they just spread the avocado on plain bread.

I really enjoy their turkey sausage on a croissant. The coffee is great as well!
