Just came by the drive thru to pick up my large iced coffee made with oat milk and a shot of French vanilla- never thought I would get literal sugar in place of coffee. It was SO sweet. I came all the way back home and tried calling so they can replace it for me next time, but just my luck, no one is even picking up the phone. Not only that, but not a single employee working inside was wearing a mask which is honestly sad- no wonder cases are going up so much in Illinois. Especially if you’re handling my food, I would appreciate if you could simply put a mask on like every other person in the world. I don’t feel like getting sick. Thanks
I went there in the morning to get one breakfast sandwich, a large iced latte, and a doughnut. When I got to the window, I saw my bill was almost $30. I asked the woman at the window, it’s $30 for three items? She said yes and charged me. I got the receipt and saw they charged me for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Then a rude man came to the window and tried to tell me I ordered three when I ordered one. I kept telling him that I ordered one and he kept telling me I ordered three. I know what I ordered. Very unprofessional customer service, I will not be back. Worse location to go to in Bartlett. I constantly have issues with that location.
This location for some reason almost always gets my order wrong. And the staff looks at me like it’s my fault that they got the order wrong. There is many times I have given this location a chance and they always forget to put almond milk! And they take forever to make it when there is no line. They don’t give napkins they forget to add straws, and sometimes they can’t even count change. I give them a one star because at least they have the donut correct. Management please check your staff at this location, it seems like they are too busy talking to each other and catching up on their school day instead of pleasing their customers!
I went to the Dunkin in Bartlett IL 60103 off of Rt. 59 today and ALL of the employees were NOT wearing masks. I asked if they are supposed to be wearing them and they said yes, but they were not wearing them. Also the coffee they made for me was horrible. I waited in line for 10 minutes and it was not worth the wait. I ended up throwing it out. If you are going to hire a bunch of teenagers to work, then a manager should be present at least. Not wearing masks is unacceptable and I will not be returning to Dunkin.

Very rude service. Asked if coffee was fresh employee replied NO, asked if he can make fresh and it seemed to be an inconvenience for him, this is a donut shop and I don't think it's too much to ask for fresh coffee. Also paid for a medium and was given a small. His attitude does not belong dealing with customers!
This is the second time this week that I went to this location. I would advise not going here it?s a waste of money. My food was cold and hash browns cold and hard. My black coffee tasted like mud water and they forgot to give me my donut. I would givethis place 0 Stars. I will NEVER return to this location.
I had to repeat the order twice and then, when I went through, they got my order not only wrong, but they put caramel in my vanilla latte. I bet she smokin hella
We’ve been to this location multiple times, and the customer service is very poor. Quality of food is ok, but the service is terrible.

I like it lots. Good ice cream and good birthday cake.
