Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I placed a mobile order online last night and received a receipt and confirmation. When I arrived to pick it up at 6:45, the store was closed with a handwritten sign closed at 5 . I came back the next day to retrieve the order that I paid for and they REFUSED to give it to me. I offered my receipt and all. Their excuse was we don 't have your ticket and we closed at 6 or 7 yesterday , although they are set to close at SEVEN. In actuality, they close at EIGHT. I made it clear to them that I saw the sign said they closed at 5, didn 't appreciate that bald-faced lie, and asked to speak to a manager but there was no manager on duty at the time. I 'm still yet to receive my order or compensation...

I expressed my frustration with their blatant lie about closing at 5 and asked to speak to a manager, but there was no manager on duty at the time. I have still not received my order or any compensation.

They are out of donuts most of the times.Recently I went on national donut day and they were out of donuts. So I was given coupons for free donut. The next day I went to claim my donuts and the lady enquired very rudely where I got the coupons and when I said that it was her who gave me, she gave me a weird look and then handed me the bag. When I opened it the donut was stale and very hard.

I used to go to this Dunkin’ daily, but , today when I got a wrong sandwich and I drove back to exchange it .the lady in the front accused me of giving a wrong order atleast 5 times! Never going there

I was charged $10 for a medium latte and a donut. The staff did not inform me of the total cost of my order and displayed unprofessional behavior with an attitude at the drive-thru.
