I have changed my review since the departure of Raj and Alim this place has gone down hill during the afternoon to late evening hours. The three guys are inconsistent and always rush through orders . I didn't think that ordering a bagel with butter couldhe hard legit only two ingredients and I got a bagel that was burnt with an ice cream scoop worth of cream cheese covered withpesto from the previous sandwich. Honestly they could kill someone if they are allergic to tree nut. Save you time and yourmoney just drive 3mins up the block to the wall location. Great staff there
I have ordered here many times, I will never be ordering here again. Today, I ordered 2 toasted plain bageles with cream cheese and 1 toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, all of my bagels were not toasted, they exchanged a cinnamon raisin bagel for a plain bagel without cream cheese, and they did not replace it at all. I will not be returning to this store again, I suggest going to the corner bagelry just across the street, the bagels there are 10 times better. Its disgusting that the workers arent wearing gloves and have the avocado on their hands and in their finger nails!!! DISGUSTING!!!! This location also takes your phone when paying with apple pay which is how i noticed they dont use gloves. Utterly unacceptable Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I didn't receive the correct order. I requested three servings of hash browns but only got one order along with a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. The hot and iced teas were fine, though, and that was the most important thing to me.
