I’ve been reading the previous reviews about this place, and I’m curious about what people are experiencing because I visit this location three times a day from Monday to Saturday, and I’ve never encountered any of the issues mentioned! The staff is consistently friendly. I've never seen a young child making drinks, so whoever thinks that clearly has a skewed perspective of the staff's ages. I’ve noticed the prices have recently increased, but that’s just a normal part of any business! The service is always quick, especially in the mornings when they have a lot of customers! I strongly advise against visiting this place. I've heard complaints about the staff being rude, and unfortunately, I can confirm that it's absolutely true. My family stopped by for coffee, donuts, and breakfast, and I needed to use the restroom. A woman working there had the audacity to argue with me, concocting ridiculous reasons why I couldn’t use the OPEN restroom. Eventually, she warned me to “hurry up and be very fast.” She even waited for me outside the bathroom door and began shouting as I stepped out, claiming I took too long and that I was only allowed to be in there for a few seconds. I visited this location for a quick morning run and was really impressed by the service. The staff worked well together, and they were both friendly and polite. The restaurant was also spotless. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but when I treat myself, I usually go for pumpkin spice, and it was just as delicious as I remembered! I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, and the gentleman generously added extra cream cheese, which I really appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service!
On Sunday at 6:45 PM, I discovered that I could only order regular coffee because they close at 7 PM. I understand it's Sunday and everyone is eager to get home, as I also work on Sundays. However, the stated closing time is 7 PM, not 6:45. If you’d prefer not to work on Sundays, that’s understandable, but perhaps someone who is willing should take over your shift.

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff completely ignored me when it suited them. I waited by the register for five minutes, and even though there were two employees visible, one intentionally looked away from me while the other went to the back of the store. All I wanted was a cup of coffee.
The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The coffee was excellent, tasting exactly as it should—none of that old, burnt flavor you sometimes find at other Dunkin' locations.
The customer service at this restaurant was highly disappointing, and I sensed an unsettling undertone of racism. The staff was quite rude, and I certainly won't be coming back.
I had a fantastic experience! The cashier who assisted me was incredibly helpful and made sure my larger order was processed quickly. I would definitely love to come back again!
