This restaurant is absolutely awful. I attempted to order a drink without ice, but they charged me $1 for that choice. The management argued with me, insisting that although they could provide less ice, I would still have to pay the $1 fee for having no ice at all. The staff is rude and dishonest. A young man named Ryan has helped me on a few occasions and was able to waive the $1 charge each time. However, the manager, Vina, tried to enforce the charge and then lied about it afterward. This Dunkin' location is arguably the worst-managed and most understocked franchise I've encountered. Despite having "Donuts" in its name, they rarely have actual donuts available, nor do they consistently stock other menu items. I've visited multiple times and never once found the advertised items in stock. Since the ownership changed, the quality and availability have declined significantly. It's truly disappointing. A word of advice to potential customers: come without expectations, or you'll be disappointed. That's all.
The donuts were fresh—what else could you want? I visited later in the day, so the selection was a bit limited, but they still had some popular choices available. I originally intended to get a few glazed donuts, but then I saw a sign labeled “Staff Favorite” next to the apple cider donut. It looked amazing, and I'm really glad I noticed that sign!
They need more employees. It takes half an hour to complete an order of 20 dozen and a half-gallon of coffee because only two employees are handling both the drive-through and customers inside the store. Management should hire at least one more person.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The service is excellent, and I really appreciate the convenience of being able to place my order for pickup in advance. Every time I go, my order is always ready right on time.
