This Dunkin' location is one of the smaller ones we've been to. After browsing Google Maps for a new spot to try, we decided to use our coupons for the $2 iced coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to find their new selection of tempting flavors, including the KIT KAT COOLATTA frozen drink and Heath and Hershey's cookies 'n' cream flavored coffees. When I asked about a KIT KAT coffee, the employee informed me that it wasn't part of their iced coffee menu, but he kindly offered to make one for me anyway. It was delicious, although he did warn me that the candy pieces could be a bit tricky to get through the straw. The staff's friendly service is just what you hope for when trying out a new locat...
The donuts are usually stale, and the selection is quite limited. They serve microwaved bagels instead of freshly toasted ones. The coffee flavor is inconsistent, often tasting either too bland or overly sweet from excessive syrup. Overall, I was very disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience at Dunkin'. The place was very clean, including the restrooms. The staff were friendly and polite, which is always appreciated. The donuts tasted great, even in the afternoon, and the sweet tea was fantastic.
This is my nearby Dunkin', and I always enjoy my visits there. I've never had any problems. The coffee is consistently fresh, and they always get my order correct!
