I absolutely love the Italian ice here—it's fantastic! I'd give it five stars if I could, but the cleanliness of the place is a major concern. I understand the need to keep your employees, but it's essential that hygiene standards are maintained. I noticed employees handling cash and scooping ice cream without washing their hands or wearing gloves. One of them even had his sweater touching the ice cream while scooping chocolate flavor, which is just unacceptable. It's crucial for someone in upper management to be present at all times to ensure that employees are following proper sanitation practices.

Our visit to Gelotti was incredible, thanks to JOHN, who was working during our visit! It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated, even late at night, providing top-notch customer service. John greeted us with a big smile and was very patient while we decided on our flavors. The ice cream was outstanding! We will definitely be back!

OMG! After 12 years of living in New Jersey, I finally discovered a great gelato place just 20 minutes from my house. I was so thrilled when I tried their flavors; they tasted amazing! I ended up buying two on the spot and two to take home. I didn't try the ice cream, but if it's anything like the gelato, I'd rate it a perfect 10/10!

This is by far our favorite ice cream shop. The mint Oreo is simply the best! We happily drive 20 minutes and pass several other ice cream spots just to get to Gelotti.
