I've visited this Dunkin' location frequently because my son loves their egg and cheese wraps, but I have to say that it is consistently slow. There always seems to be a long wait. Today, my boyfriend went to order 8 egg and cheese wraps, bacon egg and cheese bagels, 2 donuts, and a coffee. They handed him the coffee and donuts and then asked him to pull over and wait for the food, which I understood since he ordered quite a bit. However, he ended up waiting a long time. I placed a mobile order for two iced coffees and a box of 25 donut holes. I arrived about 7 or 8 minutes after I was notified my order was ready. The drinks were waiting for me without any issues, but I couldn't find the donut holes. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I decided to ask about them. When I inquired, the staff member responded with a lot of attitude. After checking my mobile order, she simply said, "Oh, we only have glazed left." We visited this restaurant because of the $2 T-Mobile discounts, which we've found to be some of the best around. I ordered the Jenseits sausage sandwich, while my companion chose three donuts. Unfortunately, the donuts were a bit stale, as if they had been left out for a while. My sandwich wasn't prepared as I had requested, but it still tasted good. I also noticed they do not offer a military discount. Considering the two $2 discount deals we used, the overall value was decent. However, I believe there are better options in the area, even with the discount.
While I know there are bigger issues to worry about than a Dunkin' order, it is frustrating to pay for an expensive delivery when you're unable to leave home, only to receive an incorrect or incomplete order after a long wait. It's disappointing that the staff don’t take a moment to verify the order against the receipt. I've experienced enough problems with this Dunkin' to know that I won’t be returning. Lesson learned—never again.

One of my fav Dunkins of all time. Messed up my mobile reward order. The employees tries to refund my money but couldn't. They tried though. They, unlike most places these days, offered alternative solutions and were extremely courteous even though I wasthe one who messed up the order. They were quick to have my orders ready and made to perfection. Love this location! Thank youall!
The kids were so excited to get donuts so we went. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted rudely with someone on the speaker, basically rushing us with our order, only to tell us they were out of almost every donut. Went to the next order to be greetedrudely by another person. Donuts were hard and stale. We'll never go back!
I thoroughly enjoyed the new avocado toast. I anticipated only a light spread of avocado, but there was a generous amount, and the seasoning was just right. It was delicious! However, I was a bit disappointed by the selection of sugar-free syrups. There weren't many choices, and some were rather unusual… like blueberry?!
Excellent customer service, and who doesn't love donuts? I took my daughters there for a special treat and some hot chocolate. They absolutely enjoyed it! The young woman at the counter was very patient with my daughter, who had a hard time making a decision.

I visited today and I was blown away by the amazing donuts! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the shop is now under new management. Thank goodness for that!
