Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I have been to this dunkin often because my son loves egg and cheese wraps. This location takes forever getting your order. There is always a wait. Today my boyfriend with there ordering 8 egg and cheese wraps, bacon egg and cheese bagels 2 donuts 1 coffee. They gave him the coffee and donuts and had him pull over to wait for the food which I understood he ordered a lot of egg wraps. He waited for a long time... When he got his food they forgot the bagel.. so he had to go in to get it which defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru. When he got home and took the food out all the egg and cheese wraps were in a ball. He had to take them apart and unravel them. This Dunkin has always...

Takes a long time to be acknowledged before you're able to place an order. The variety of donut selection isn't great. Most of the time they aren't even labeled so you have to wait to get someone's attention to ask what each donut is. Labelling them in the first place would save everyone some time. I don't know how long the donuts are allowed to stay out but based on a previous visit that number should be shortened.

Great customer service and who doesn't like donuts. I have my girls there for a treat and hot chocolate. They loved it and the girl who worked the counter was great with patience with my girl inability to make a decision.

I was never inside BUT I always had a great experience in driving thru. Orders have never been bulked and the ice cream coffee I order is made quickly. Do you want to spend a day on Starbucks to Dunkin?
